Almost 70 restaurants are participating in Lansing’s Restaurant Week. The inaugural event last year was so popular, the website that hosted the event crashed due to heavy volume. This year’s event, which concludes on Saturday, will include double the number of restaurants from last year. You can choose from traditional to exotic foods, with each participating restaurant offering a special just for this week. Organizers say it's an opportunity to offer a taste of what the area has to offer, for a special low price. Just mention “Restaurant Week” when you visit one of the participating restaurants, and they’ll share with you their unique special.
