A couple of things to know:
• Saturday Sidekick will be recorded in advance during regular business hours.
• A legal guardian must be present for the duration of the visit.
• By submitting an application, video, and photo, you are giving your consent for WCSG to use all submitted content for promotion without any further consideration.

Legal guardian has approved this application and is willing to attend the recording of Saturday Sidekick if applicant is chosen.
