The Tibbits in Coldwater, Michigan is home to year-round entertainment from professional theatre and concerts to community events and children’s theatre. Built in 1882, Tibbits Opera House is the Center for the Arts and Entertainment. Beyond the exquisite facade is an intimate 500-seat theatre with excellent acoustics and includes and art gallery and gift shop. The Tibbits Summer Theatre this year will be held outside at The Ponds. Each year, our artistic director hires a variety of professional actors, designers, and technicians from throughout the country and brings them together at Tibbits.
