The new year is a great opportunity to seize a "clean slate" and set some resolutions to achieve for the betterment of yourself, family, work, or others. Here are some new takes to consider! First...Try this method of setting a goal or resolution: 1. Write down your biggest goal for 2023 (or beyond)... The goal isn't the goal. The feeling is! The timeline is how long you're willing to wait to feel it! Need some ideas of where to start? Here's a list of 55 New Year's Resolution Ideas for 2023! Here are a couple of examples... 1. Work out to feel good, not be thinner. Instead of obsessing over the scale, obsess over how amazing you feel since you started being more active. Numbers don't mean much. 3. Stop gossiping. Don't be that person. Spread positivity. 4. Give one compliment a day. You never know—it just might make that person feel a whole lot better. 5. Go a whole day without checking your email.
