Episode 10 - Self-Awareness Within Conflict
Through Rough Waters with Zach
Tuesday, January 16, 2024 - 45 minutes
In this episode, Zach & Kevin are joined by Brooke Holmes from West Michigan Wellness Group as we wrap up our first season by talking about self-awareness, specifically how to be self-aware during conflict. We talk about how important it is to be humble, be aware of your own past hurts and experiences, and to be curious. We also discuss what happens when you don’t work through your conflicts and let them stay buried inside yourself and how to be aware of your own emotions & feelings, rather than just jumping straight to what you’re thinking.

Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.1 CORINTHIANS 6:19-20 | NLT
