Episode 09 - Repairing Problems & Setting Boundaries
Through Rough Waters with Zach Allen
Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - 46 minutes
In this episode, Zach & Kevin are joined by family and marriage therapist Jim Brazel as we continue our series on family by looking at repairing problems and setting boundaries. We spend some time reflecting on what Proverbs 4:23 means when it calls us to “guard our hearts,” as well as talk about the process of repairing problems within the family unit and discuss the importance of setting appropriate boundaries.
The worksheets mentioned by Jim on this episode can be found here and here.

I will show you what it’s like when someone comes to me, listens to my teaching, and then follows it. It is like a person building a house who digs deep and lays the foundation on solid rock. When the floodwaters rise and break against that house, it stands firm because it is well built.
