I want to wish my dad, Gary, a very happy birthday. This year he is celebrating with our heavenly father. He was a man who loved Jesus and his family with his whole heart.

He held many titles over the years – marine, chaplain, husband, son, brother, uncle, friend, and my favorite name – Dad. I will never forget all of our talks and the great advice he gave. I am a better person because of him. His goal in life was to put a smile on someone’s face every day. I love you, Dad.

Romans 12:10 says, “Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.”
