Wake Up on the Right Side of the Bed with this Mathematical Formula

Posted by: Jeremy & Amanda | Monday, August 1st, 2022 ( 7:05am)

A British mathematician recently created a formula they say will help you figure out if you will wake up on the right...or wrong side...of the bed!

First, you have to figure out the top half of the formula...2b + e + s

b = the minutes you spend eating breakfast
e = the minutes you spend exercising
s = the minutes you spend showering

Second, you have to figure out the bottom half of the formula...(|8-h| + 1) x (w + 1)

h = the hours you spend sleeping
w = is the difference (in hours) between when you get out of bed and 7:12 a.m.

Third, you divide the top number by the bottom number.

Finally, you take that number and add "c".

c = is minutes spent on any other unique “getting ready” activities, divided by 2 (including word puzzles, reading the news, meditating)

Once you have your final number, if it's greater than 37, your routine is ideal to help you wake up on the right side of the bed. If it's less than 37, then your routine is ideal to help you wake up on the wrong side of the bed.

While Jeremy does really well as a morning person, he scored a 9.5!

But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.
