Wyoming police say the boy is being uncooperative.

An attempted car jacking this morning in Wyoming has left a 41-year old woman hospitalized with a head injury.

Lt. Brian Look says they’ve arrested an 11-year old boy in connection with the crime.  Look says at this point, he’s been uncooperative.
"Not a lot of information he is sharing with us, even to the point of who was with him.  So it's kind of a sign that you have an 11-year old that is willing to protect somebody else."

It happened shortly before six this morning in the 32-hundred block of Woodward Avenue.  It appears the owner of the car, and also the victim, came outside and discovered two people trying to steal her car.
Look says one of the suspects struck the woman in the head with a rock.  Her condition at this point is not known.  Look cautions that this case is unusual and doesn’t believe the individual was targeted.  He says thefts of Kia vehicles has been on the rise around the country.

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
