Women entrepreneurs have an opportunity to access some additional support. The founder of Olga's Kitchen is offering 10-thousand-dollar grants for women looking to start or build up their business.
The Olga Loizon Memorial Foundation has begun taking applications for one of two grants to help provide financial support for women business owners who might not have the opportunity to attain the support otherwise. The Foundation says they want to support women who have the same drive as Olga, and as well as her ambition and vision.
Applicants must live in Michigan and have their business located in the state. They must also provide a business plan, and write a personal statement attesting to their financial need.
