It takes more than jobs to attract some workers. One group is looking to influence those seekers to give West MI a try.
With more job openings available, and many young people who've left the region, multiple companies are looking for ways to attract them back to West Michigan.
So coupled with people still looking for jobs, job seekers now have another way of getting back into the workforce. Hello West Michigan is offering a virtual recruitment event to attract people back to the West Michigan area through job openings. But also seeking ways to make the region more attractive. HWM is offering a job search opportunity, and offering it online.
Not only will companies participate, Community Ambassadors will be propping up the region as a great place to live, work, and play. The ambassadors will highlight activities and events throughout West Michigan as benefits to living and working in the region.
