President Joe Biden will host a call with the head of France, Germany, Italy and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
They plan to discuss their coordinated responses to Russia's attack on Ukraine.
The call among the world leaders will precede President Biden's planned trip to Europe later this week.
On Wednesday he will leave for Europe and stop at NATO headquarters in Brussels on Thursday and then travel to Poland on Friday.
The White House says the President will discuss how the United States, alongside our Allies and partners, is responding to the humanitarian and human rights crisis that Russia has created in Ukraine.
