The price of a "forever stamp" has now increased from 60-cents to 63-cents.

-Due to inflation, stamp prices at the US Postal Service increased as of Sunday, January 22,2023.

First-class Forever stamp prices went from 60 cents to 63 cents.   In addition to the Forever stamp increasing three cents, international letters and postcards will go from $1.40 to $1.45 and the price for domestic postcards will increase from 45 cents to 48 cents.  On the upside, the price of Priority Mail retail products is decreasing – which include flat rate boxes and envelopes, according to USPS.

Stamps just rose to 60 cents from 58 cents in July 2022.
Each year, the post office is plagued by a budget shortfall of nearly $10 billion.

With the Postal Regulatory Commission approving the price hike in November, the cost of first-class mail will go up about 4.2% on average.

The Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses, relying on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.

More detailed pricing can be found on the Postal Service's Postal Explorer website.

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.
