Where is the Radisson Plaza Hotel?

The Radisson is at 100 W Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49007.

Where do I park?

There is free parking in the parking garage across from the Radisson on N Rose Street, which provides an enclosed bridge to the hotel. The exit gate will be up from 8:45pm to 9:30pm allowing guests to leave for free.

If you need to leave early, please find an event volunteer who can provide a parking pass. However, because WCSG incurs additional fees to open the gate outside of the established time, we kindly ask that guests leave early only if it's truly necessary.

When and where should I arrive?

Please arrive at the time corresponding to your ticket (VIP or General Admission). You will not be able to enter the event prior to that time (if you do arrive early, there is a large lobby area where you are welcome to wait).

To find us from the parking garage you can cross the bridge and go down the escalator to find us immediately to your right. If you are dropping off or crossing over on the street level, enter the main entrance and you can find us off to the left of the main lobby.

Do I need to show a ticket?

You will not receive a paper ticket or a digital ticket. You do not need to show a ticket; you will only need to give your names.

How do I know if I have a VIP or General Admission ticket?

The confirmation email sent when your tickets were purchased identifies the level of ticket purchased.

Where do I sit?

All seats are assigned. You will be given your table number when you check in at the welcome desk.

WCSG events are photographed as well as recorded by video and audio. By registering for the event and/or attending the event you are giving your consent to be photographed and recorded. Being present at the event constitutes consent for you and your attendees to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. WCSG reserves the right to use all images, videos, and other recordings. If you do not agree to this consent but would still like to attend the event, please reach out to events@wcsg.org to make proper arrangements.
