Join yoga instructors from Mindful School of Yoga for this Saturday summer series in the Schoolyard at Blandford! These outdoor classes will incorporate posture, breath-work, and meditation in a gorgeous natural setting. Classes are outdoors so prepare for the weather (water bottle, sunscreen, layers etc.). You must bring your own yoga mat. We also suggest bringing a beach towel or blanket to lay your mat upon. No previous experience necessary!

Bathrooms are available inside the Mary Jane Dockeray Visitor Center. Please check in at the front desk prior to the start of the class.
