Instagram Giveaway Rules

1. All social media giveaways WCSG conducts are not directly affiliated or sponsored by Instagram. 

2. Entrants must be 18 or up to enter.

3. To enter, entrants complete action proposed in contest (such as liking or commenting) these actions are allowed by Instagram and do not violate its rules on promotions.

4. Winners will be chosen at random based on action completion. 

5. Chances do not increase if action specified in post is completed more than once.

6. No purchase necessary to win.

7. Items given away are not promoted in partnership with labels, sponsors, or social media platforms. 

8. Once winner(s) are chosen, they will be contacted at the indicated date and time in social media post by direct message on Instagram.

9. Winners have 1 week to claim their prize unless specified otherwise in social media post. Pick up times are during station hours: M-TH 8:30AM-4:30PM and Fridays 8:30AM-12:00PM excluding holidays. Prizes can be mailed (if WCSG indicates prize allows for mailing) if requested by winner but WCSG is not held liable if prize is lost or damaged during mailing. If prize is not picked up or requested for mailing by 1 week deadline by the winner, the prize is forfeited and the prize becomes property of WCSG.
