WCSG Tours

With WCSG Tours, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at WCSG, where you'll hear the music you love, and see familiar voices and faces along with new ones!

Thank you for your interest in WCSG! We're excited to see you! Please fill out the following form for us to prepare for your visit. Please fill out this form a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your preferred tour date.

REQUEST A TOUR

Application Process:

1. Tell us how many people will be in your tour. Tours are for groups of 2-15 individuals. School classes can be divided into two separate tour groups. We generally recommend classroom tours be for students 4th grade and up. Mixed age groups with younger children (homeschool groups, families) are still welcome.
2. Choose from available days. Tours are available on Tuesdays and on Wednesdays with start times between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Tours will last no longer than 60 minutes.

Post-Application:

1. Once completed, we will contact you by email to let you know which of your preferred days/times are available. Or we will suggest alternate dates.
2. After you have been scheduled, we will send you a reminder email with day and time of your tour along with what to expect on Tour Day!
