Fall season means a lot of outdoor activities to take in the beauty of the season. As part of the WCSG’s Travelin’ Together series, we visit Uncle John’s Cider Mill in St. John’s, where there are plenty of activities to remind us of the best that fall has to offer. DeeDee Beck says there’s something for everyone. They offer the traditional events and activities at many apple orchards.

Those include a corn maze, wagon rides, trail walks and even a jumping pillow for the kids.

This weekend several food trucks will also be on the ground as they celebrate the final weekend of sunflower picking. And there will be live music to help celebrate the fall.

In addition to those fun activities, you can experience gem mining, where kids can 'dig' for gems and take them home.
