Salsa

Ingredients:

30 oz Canned diced tomatoes (fresh works too!)
1 c Cilantro
2 Jalapeno peppers (see prep instructions)
1 clove Garlic
½ Lime's juice
1 sm Onion, peeled, cut in quarters
1-2 t Adobo spice

Instructions:

Jalapeno Prep - hold them over a gas stove till black - cut off the stems. You can also blacken them in a pan. If you don't like it as spicy, just add one pepper at a time or you can even take the seeds out to make it a little milder.

Put all ingredients in a food processor. Whir for about 15 seconds or until no big chunks of onion are flying around. Chill it, and wha-la!
