Christmas Rainbow Cake

When the girls were little I used this Christmas Rainbow Cake for Jesus birthday cake.

Ingredients:

1 package white cake mix (2 layer size)
1 package (3oz) raspberry Jello
1 package (3oz) lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip thawed

Instructions:

Prepare cake as directed in 2 well greased and floured 9" round pans. Cool
in pans 15 minutes; poke with fork a 1/2 " intervals. Do not remove from pans.
Dissolve each pkg. Jello separately in 1 c. boiling water. Pour raspberry
Jello over 1 layer, lime over the other. Chill 4 hours. Mold one layer onto
serving plate and top with 1 c. Cool Whip. Unmold second layer onto first.
Frost top & sides with remaining Cool Whip. Chill. Garnish with flattened
gumdrops cut to resemble holly.
