3. What is the location of the event?

4. What is included with the VIP package?

Early entry, artist Q&A, artist meet and greet, first access to artist merchandise, premier seating, and a photo memento.

5. What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?

Tier 2 opens 30 minutes early and includes preferred seating. A seating diagram has been provided on our main event webpage for your convenience. 

6. What age group is WCSG's Father Daughter banquet geared towards?

We welcome fathers and daughters of all ages! The recommended age for this event is 5 years and older. This is due to the length and set up of the program/dinner. We understand that for your younger attendees, it can be difficult to sit for so long. But please note, the venue does accommodate for you and your daughter to roam/explore to help break up sitting for extended periods of time. 

7. What does the evening look like?

Special memories will be made between loved ones as they enjoy a superb meal followed by a private concert by Apollo LTD & Peabod

8. Does each attendee need their own ticket?

Each person will need their own ticket to gain entry into the event. Example: 1 father and 1 daughter = 2 tickets.

9. Where should I park?

Parking is complimentary for all banquet guests who utilize the parking structure attached to the Radisson by the skywalk. Please make note that the gates will be raised for a free and easy exit at the end of the event. 

10. Do I get to choose my meal?

When you check out you will need to provide the name and meal selection for each attendee on your registration. 

11. Can WCSG accommodate a food allergy?

Yes, we have meal options to accommodate gluten and daily allergies. We also have a vegan meal option. If you have any further questions about this, please email events@wcsg.org .

12. Is WCSG's Father Daughter Banquet in Kalamazoo replacing the Grand Rapids event?

No, this Father Daughter Banquet is in addition to our Grand Rapids event. More information on the Grand Rapids event will be released in early 2023.

13. Will there be merchandise sales?

Yes, our artists will come with their merchandise which will be for sale the night of the banquet.

14. Do you have to be a father and a daughter to attend this event?

We encourage uncles, grandfathers, step-fathers, or any father figures who has a special "daughter" in their life to join us.

15. Can we be seated with our friends?

There is a place in the registration form to add people who you would like to have seated at your table. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but this is not a guarantee. 

16. Will tickets sell out?

Based on previous responses to our Grand Rapids FD and requests for a Kalamazoo FD, we are anticipating tickets to sell fast. 

17. Can I cancel my ticket(s)?

All ticket sales are final. However, you may privately sell or give away your entry ticket. Meal choices and tier options cannot be changed from the original ticket purchase. Please email events@wcsg.org if a private transfer has occurred to update seating assignments.
