1. When is the event?

2. What time is the event?  

7:00pm 

3. What time do doors open? 

5:30 - VIP 

6:30 – Tier1 & 2 

4. What is the location of the event? 

Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center 

100 W. Michigan Ave. 

Kalamazoo, MI 49007 

5. What is included with the VIP package? 

Early entry, artist Q&A, artist meet and greet, first access to artist merchandise, premier seating, and a professional photo. 

6. What age group is WCSG’s Father Daughter banquet geared towards? 

We welcome fathers and daughters from infancy to 100 years of age and beyond. 

7. What does the evening look like? 

Special memories will be made between loved ones as they enjoy a superb meal along with a private concert from Coby James and Natalie Layne 

8. Does each attendee need their own ticket? 

Each person will need their own ticket to gain entry into the event. 

Example: 1 father and 1 daughter = 2 tickets 

9. Will I receive a physical ticket to the event? 

There will be no physical tickets.  When you register, you will receive a confirmation email.  Please keep this email for confirmation.  When you arrive, please visit the registration table and you will receive your table assignment. 

10. Where should I park? 

Parking is complimentary for all banquet guests who utilize the parking structure attached to the Radisson by the skywalk.  Please make note that the gates will be raised for a free and easy exit at the end of the event. 

11. Do I get to choose my meal? 

When you register, you will need to provide the name and meal selection for each attendee on your registration.  There is a menu on the main event page on our website. 

12. Can you accommodate a food allergy? 

Yes, we have meal options to accommodate gluten and dairy allergies.  We also have a vegetarian meal option.  If you have any further questions about this, please email events@wcsg.org 

13. Is WCSG’s Father Daughter Banquet in Kalamazoo replacing the Grand Rapids event? 

No, this Father Daughter Banquet is in addition to our Grand Rapids event.  More information on the Grand Rapids event will be released in early 2024. 

14. Will there be merchandise sales? 

Yes, our artists will come with merchandise that will be sold the night of the banquet.  Please grab your merchandise early as we have experienced sell outs. 

15. Do you have to be a father and a daughter to attend this event? 

We encourage uncles, friends, fathers, grandfathers, or any other father-like figure to attend with their ‘daughter’. 

16. Can we be seated with our friends? 

There is a place in the registration form to note people who you would like seated at your table.  We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but this is not a guarantee.  To guarantee you are placed with your friends and family, you will need to purchase all your seats in one registration.  

17. Will tickets sell out? 

We are anticipating tickets to sell fast.  So please purchase your tickets as soon as possible 

18. When the event sells out, can I get put on a waiting list? 

Yes, please email events@wcsg.org to be added to our waiting list. 

19. Is there a dress code?

There is not a set dress code, but with the nature of the event, most girls will be wearing formal dresses and dads will wear dress shirts/ties/ and suit jackets. But feel free to wear what would be appropriate and makes you and your family comfortable.
