— One cybercrime expert says a $45 million heist was on the "high-end" of what can be done by cybercriminals who exploit banking systems connected to the Internet.
The global network of thieves drained cash machines of an astonishing $45 million in hours.
The money was taken from banks that back up the prepaid cards.
Seven people in the U.S. have been arrested. There are worries more such thefts may be in store.
