— Officials say a 55-year-old man has died after being struck by a vehicle while riding a bicycle in West Michigan.

Jeffrey Looman of Walker was hit Sunday afternoon where the Musketawa Trail meets a roadway in Ottawa County's Wright Township.

Ottawa County sheriff's Sgt. Steve Austin says Looman failed to stop at 24th Street. A stop sign was posted for bicyclists at the intersection.
