Late auto-loan payments rose in 3Q - Nov 27th, 2012 - National
Credit reporting agency TransUnion says a third quarter increase in auto loan delinquency is probably just a bump in the road.
The rate of auto-loan payments at least 60 days overdue rose to 0.38 percent from 0.33 percent.
TransUnion says it's probably seasonal thanks to back-to-school shopping and other needs that traditionally put a strain on wallets. More broadly, auto loan delinquencies have declined.
