Butterscotch Cake
Thanks Noreen, for this easy and yummy dessert idea!
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 can butterscotch pudding
(topping)
Butterscotch chips
Brown sugar
Instructions:
Mix together everything except topping ingredients. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-43 minutes. Remove and cool slightly, then sprinkle top with butterscotch chips and some brown sugar.
