Peanut Cornflake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 c Sugar
1 c Peanut butter
1 c Light corn syrup
½ t Vanilla
1 T Margarine
7 c Cornflakes

Instructions:

Boil sugar and corn syrup. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and margarine until blended. Add cornflakes and coat completely. Add more cornflakes if too gooey for your liking.

Let cool for 3-4 minutes for handling. Drop by spoonful on wax paper and press slightly to form cookie or press into a greased 9" X 9" pan for bars. Cool & enjoy. For quicker cooling, refrigerate.
