Ham-N-Cheese Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 lb Lean ground beef
½ c Crushed saltine crackers
½ c Milk
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ t Salt
ΒΌ t Black pepper
4 T Grated Parmesan cheese
6 Thin slices of ham (I use Prosciutto or other spicy ham)
6 Thin slices of Provolone cheese

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except ham and cheese slices; mix well. Shape into a 10-inch square on wax paper. Place ham and cheese slices on meat layer. Roll up like jelly roll, carefully pressing seams shut. Place in baking pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
